Considering the level of pollution and poor living conditions in cities such as Baku, Azerbaijan, Mexico City, Mexico and Port Harcourt, Nigeria, I guess we can't really complain too much about the overflowing recycling/trash bins on Corydon Avenue, the garbage blowing around back lanes and the plastic shopping bags stuck in fences.
